The Centre provides assistance for older adults and their caregivers to navigate through the various public services, programs and community resources that will support continued self-sufficiency and independence. The Centre provides up-to-date information pertaining to health care, chronic disease, injuries, housing, finances, legal matters, assistance with addressing end-of-life questions and concerns. The center also coordinates with Canada Revenue Agency Volunteer Tax Preparation Clinics in March and April. It also offers a variety of education and information sessions pertinent to the older adult population.

Their services are available to everyone; they are located in an accessible office with free parking and have TTY. Hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday (closed 12:00 to 1:00) and 9:00 to 1:00.
