Financially helps families with seriously ill children. The available assistance is for travel, accommodations or meals while the child is away from home for tests, treatments or hospitalization. In some cases financial assistance is also available for medication and/or medical equipment. Assistance is available to families Westmorland, Albert and Kent Counties. Eligibility for assistance is available for children up to 19 years of age. Referral from a social worker, cleric or doctor is required.
