Identifies and addresses social issues in greater Saint John through research, information, co-ordination and networking. Through agency cooperation and community development, the Council involves citizens, agencies, government, and the private sector in addressing social issues and concerns.

The Council also links individuals and organizations with services in the community through the Community Information Centre and a variety of community service directories and through the online Community Services Database. Services available in English.

The Community Information Centre’s inquiry services provide information on the full range of human services from all levels of government, the non-profit sector, the private voluntary sector by individuals in the community as well as from the business sector.

Individualized information is free, confidential and available to everyone.
