Promotes awareness of Deaf issues in the community, as well as the importance of American Sign Language to people who are Deaf. Helps educate people who are Deaf through books, seminars, and personal instruction. Also holds social activities as deemed necessary to foster greater participation in the organization by the Deaf members of the community.
