This camp provides a camping and therapeutic recreation program filled with a wide variety of activities promoting independence of all campers. It runs continuous integrated sessions from mid-June until the end of August. Seventy-six campers can be accommodated per session. The camp program is fully accessible and accredited.
It is offered to children and adults with various physical disabilities, as well as to those with diabetes, developmental disabilities and persons with speech or learning difficulties. The camp property includes a beach area on Grand Lake, a nature trail, a paved recreation area and a heated swimming pool. The camp’s therapeutic recreation program offers a wide variety of activities and the camp’s aim is to “focus on ability”.
